I've been an entrepreneur for over 30 years, in multiple fields.
For over a decade I've been teaching therapists body language messaging.
It's a really deep therapy that helps people to release trauma.
I've witnessed first hand how some fears or low self esteem can create confidence issues.
You are not alone, I promise, many people struggle when it comes to getting on an interview,
or speaking in a group, or going on virtual events.

So here's what I've learned from working so closely with people who have trauma:

• most people have some sort of trauma, most often from childhood

• trauma is a great teacher, we're not meant to stay traumatized

• your fear has created patterns that have become a bit of a comfort zone

• when you stay in your comfort zone, you never release the fear that holds you there

• when you implement tools that make you feel confident, life changes, you become more confident
